BILL NEUNER CPA 1965, partner. A native of Oregon, Bill spent some time in Eugene before purchasing the firm in 1967. He is a graduate of the University of Oregon and one of its active supporters. He is a member of the Roseburg Chamber of Commerce, the Moose and Elks Lodges, and the American Insitute of CPAs. He serves as Chairman of the RUSA Board and is a past president of the Roseburg City Council. He enjoys sports in general and motorcycling in particular. "The first thing everyone on our staff learns is to respect the confidentiality of our clients' businesses," says Bill, "In addition to the services we offer to the business community, we work with individuals in the area of personal financial planning, taxation, and estate planning."

TOM DAVIDSON CPA 1976, partner. Tom is a fifth generation Oregonian. He lived and worked in Eugene until he moved to Roseburg in 1976. He, too, is a graduate of the University of Oregon. He also served in the Accounting and Finance Department of the Air Force for four years. "One of the pleasures of my profession," Tom says, "is being able to take advantage of tax breaks for my clients. I'm also proud of the fact that our firm is one of the few licensed for municipal audits." Tom is past president of the St. Joseph's School Board, the Roseburg Jaycees, the Roseburg Soccer Association, and the Roseburg Morning Rotary. Along with his wife Bille, his hobbies include snow and water skiing, hiking and hunting.

JEFF COOLEY CPA 1996, partner. Jeff was born and raised in Roseburg. Jeff graduated from Roseburg High and received his college degree from Oregon State University in 1994. (Go Beaves!!) He joined the firm in March 1994 and became a partner January 1, 2001. Jeff is a member of the Oregon Society of CPAs and American Institute of CPAs. He is a past treasurer of the Roseburg Jaycees and Ducks Unlimited. Jeff has always enjoyed living in a small town where he has the opportunity to meet and build long lasting relations with his clients. Jeff and his wife Shanna enjoy golfing, camping, working in the yard, and being with their daughter.

TRACI TROTTER CPA (hired 11/89) - One year of experience after graduating from the University of Oregon with Isler & Co. in Eugene prior to joining our firm. She received her CPA license in May 1991.

Melissa completed the CPA exam and received her PA license in May, 2009. She received her tax preparers license in December 2000. Melissa has nine years of experience in municipal auditing.

DAN BLOCHER EA (hired 1/02) - Graduated from Umpqua Community College in December 1993 with an Associate in Applied Science Accounting Technology Degree. Nine years experience as Assistant Controller of a local Community Bank. Received his Enrolled Agent's license in 2006. Six years experience in audit documentation preparation.

ANNETTE JOHNSON (hired 1/84) - Accountant involved with tax return and financial statement preparation.

KENDA HOUSEHOLDER (hired 2/00) - Graduated from Umpqua Community College in June 2000 with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Accounting. She received her tax preparers license in December 2000. Kenda has eight years of experience in municipal auditing.

JENNIFER HOWARD (hired 11/05) - Staff Accountant. Graduated from American InterContinental University online in February 2008 with an Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance. Prior to that she had received an Associates Degree in Accounting in 2001. Eight years experience in municipal and non-profit auditing.

LORA AGEE (hired 8/07) - Graduated from Umpqua Community College in June 2008 with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Accounting. Received her tax preparers license in December 2007. Lora has one year of experience in municipal and non-profit auditing.

DAVID CAMPOS (hired 8/08) - Graduated from California State University, Chico in May 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, option in Accounting. David is preparing to sit for the CPA exam.

ADAM DAVIS (hired 9/09) - Graduated from University of Oregon in June 2009 with a Bachelor's Degree Accounting. Adam is preparing to sit for the CPA exam.

CAYLENE LUIZ (hired 4/03) - Administrative Assistant. Nine years as assistant to a tax attorney. Involved with tax returns and financial statements.

RUTH THORNBERG (hired 12/03) - Payroll Clerk. Graduated from Cypress Community College in June 1982 with an Associate Degree in Business. Twenty-Five + years experience in accounting and payroll.

LYNETTE ANDERSON (hired 8/08) - Admin Assistant. Graduated from Santa Rosa Junior College with an Associates Degree in Business Administration. Lynette is familiar with tax forms and assembly.
